Pulkovo suspended because of unidentified flying object
MOSCOW, Feb 28 (PRIME) -- The Pulkovo airport of St. Petersburg was suspended until 1:20 p.m., Moscow time, a source told PRIME citing a telegram of the Federal Air Transport Agency on Tuesday, while an emergency services official said that the skies above the city was closed because of an unidentified flying object.
"The airspace was restricted until 10:20 UTC (1:20 p.m., Moscow time)," the source said.
"An unidentified flying object is near the Pulkovo airport. The sky is closed, departures and arrivals were stopped," the emergency services' representative said.
